We are looking for an Early Years Professional to work in a fantastic Private Day Nursery in the Liverpool area.

This role is very new and will evolve with time, however the main purpose of this position is to improve and transform the quality of early years provision thereby improving outcomes for children.

The successful candidate will have gained Early Years Professional Status and have the ability to raise the quality of early years provision within the centre. You will lead, improve and deliver effective practice across the Early Years Foundation Stage and oversee the learning opportunities for all children attending, including babies, toddlers and pre-school children. You will model skills and behaviours that promote good practice and develop these throughout the workforce.

Sensitivity and good communication skills are essential for this post as you will be working with and supporting age groups of children, with other practitioners, including professionals from outside the setting and with parents and carers of the children.
