Mum working shifts requires Nanny to work 5-8am on varied days, to get her 3 children (aged 7, 10 & 13) up, ready and to school! Days change over a 5 week basis – 6 days, 0 days, 3 days, 1 day, 2 days but will pay pro-rata. Extra hours in school hols.
