Deputy Manager required for excellent setting based in Woking
Candidates must be level at least 3 qualified and have extensive knowledge of EYFS.
Duties may include:
To ensure the smooth running of the Nursery in the managers absence
Assisting Manager with staff meetings, marketing, recruitment, parent’s evenings, rotas etc.
Delegating tasks and ensuring staff ratio’s
Care, education and supervision of children
Supervision Junior members of staff
Planning activities
Administrative duties
Liaising with parents
Ideal role for somebody with managerial experience or Room Leaders/2nd-3rd in charge looking for first managerial position.
Candidates must have good knowledge of EYFS Framework.
