Deputy Manager with a great opportunity to develop your career. The candidate will need to be an experienced nursery worker with supervisory experience and very knowledgeable with the new EYFS framework. You will have confidence with parents, lead by example and have high standards.
Your responsibilities will include –
Working closely with the nursery manager, to Maintain high standards of child care and a good motivated staff team
Help the manager to manage members of staff and train
You will need to have experience with handling fees, cash and budgets
Good working knowledge of the Ofsted regulations and ensure their implementation
Good awareness of the health and safety issues and to ensure their implementation:
To be considered you will need -
NNEB, CACHE level 3, NVQ level 3 or equivalent
2-3 years’ post-qualification experience and 1 years’ relevant supervisory experience
