This well established nursery provider are looking for a switched on deputy manager to join their Docklands branch.
The nursery caters for 39 place children and currently holds a ‘Good’ Ofsted assessment. They are looking for a deputy who can support the manager and lead a staff team to ‘Outstanding’.
You should hold the level 3 CACHE/BTEC/NNEB/NVQ in Childcare and have supervisory experience.
Your duties will include:
- Supporting Manager in day to day running of the nursery
- Leading and delegating a staff team
- Recruitment of staff
- Implementing policies and procedures
- Liaising with external bodies – Local Council, Oftsed etc
- Implementing the EYFS Curriculum
