We are looking for a Deputy Manager to join one of our large Nurseries in South West London. You will be someone with exceptional knowledge of Safeguarding including the welfare requirements and have good customer service and Administration skills. If you have the ability to support and motivate a staff team and promote the higest standards of care and education for all children aswell as meet the expectations of parents this is the position for you.
The nursery caters for children aged from 3 months to 5 years.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
To achieve and maintain high standards of care and education
To effectively lead and manage the staff team, providing day to day guidance, training and support to all staff.
To ensure all policies, procedures and curriculums are implemented and adhered to at all times
You will need to be:
NVQ level 3 qualified or equivalent and will need to have, excellent knowledge of the EYFS, good organisational and communication skills, and knowledge and understanding of equal opportunities/SENCO etc.
Location: Fulham
Salary: £20,000 – 24,000 per Annum
Hours: Full-time
