Lovely, informal family looking for a nanny to join them and care for their daughters of 7 & 9 years. This is an excellent position for a nanny who enjoys working with school ages children or has a teaching background. Ideal candidates are easygoing, friendly, warm, flexible, enthusiastic, super organised and have excellent references. The girls go to school a 20-minute drive from the house. The nanny will be required to cook them healthy food, do the usual nursery duties along with running errands, grocery shopping, booking trades people, basic household admin, oversee homework, arrange play dates for the girls, take them to after school activities and doing the school runs as part of a car pool. Also required is a flexible attitude, friendly sociable personality, good communication and a driver is essential (Manual). The position is Monday -Thursday, approx 46.5 hours a week but worked out as follows: Monday 7.30am-8pm, Tuesday 7am -8pm, Wednesday 8.00 –5.30pm, Thursday 7.30 – 7pm and ideally the ability to do 2/3 Fridays a year. Flexibility on the hours is essential.
