Wimbledon, SW20: Mix of sole charge and shared care role for a flexible nanny who is willing to work extra hours and occasional weekends as needed and who loves travelling (approx. 10-14 weeks per year spent abroad!). The family has got 17 months old boy and 3 school aged children who only stay with them every other week (7yo, 9yo and 13yo), therefore the hours vary from short to long week (schedule given in advance) – the amount of hours varies between 25-55 hours per week but salary is always the same (up to £500 per week net on experience). Automatic car driver essential. Flexibility is the key! Start anytime between now and end of October 2011 for long term (ideally 2+ years if things go well!).
Fantastic position is now available for a super flexible nanny who loves travelling worldwide and thrives in busy and fast moving environment with varied day to day activities and needs. This is a busy family who travels often and run their own business needing a support of a cheerful and energetic nanny to help look after their 17 months old boy and every other week three other children as well (7 years old boy and 9 and 13 years old girls). The rough schedule for hours will be:
WEEK ONE – Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 2pm – 5pm, Thursday 2pm – 8pm and Friday 7.30am – 3.30pm with the weekend off.
WEEK TWO – Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 2pm – 5pm, Thursday 2pm – 8pm and Friday 7.30am – 7pm. 10am – 6pm on Saturday and Sunday. The family would like the nanny to be available every other weekend although if the family have no events etc the nanny may not be needed at all over the weekend. On Monday to Wednesdays if Mum does not have much work on the nanny may not be needed all, however if Mum is called into meetings she may well be gone the majority of the day.
Travel worldwide is needed, usually for 1-2 weeks at any one time and planned months in advance however very occasionally this might be last minute as well. Passport allowing such travel is essential. Current nanny will be present for a handover and highly recommends this job! Start asap but they are happy to wait until the end of October for the right person, interviewing now!
