Exciting opportunity for a Children’s Activity Manager to work as part of a large coperate oragnisation local to Chiswick.
The opportunity itself is to provide world class fun and engaging activities for children through effective leadership of the club Children’s Activities Team, ensuring that all company and OFSTED operational, safety and hygiene requirements are met.
Ensuring that departmental revenue and profit targets are consistently achieved while supporting the wider business aims of the club as a senior member of the Club Leadership Team.

The position is offered as Full Time, working 40 hours a week. You will need to have the following qualifications, training and experience:
- NNEB, CACHE level 3, NVQ level 3 or equivalent
- 3 years’ post-qualification experience and 2 years’ relevant supervisory experience
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of the EYFS
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to targets and deadlines
- Knowledge of health and safety legislation
- Knowledge of OFSTED standards
- Strong people management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a staff team
- Knowledge and understanding of equal opportunities
