Level 3 qualified Nursery Nurses are required in Fulham to work Part time. You must have recent experience in a Nursery setting and have a professional and focused approach to your work. Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS curriculum is also highly desirable. You must have good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

The Nursery is open all year round, so you must be available to work through the school holiday periods

Various shifts are available from mornings only, to 3 or 4 full days each week. You must be able to commit to a set shift on the same days each week.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a part time basis in a beautiful and extremely well resourced Nursery.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • To ensure the children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment
  • To plan, prepare and review the curriculum with the team in your room reflective of the EYFS
  • To work in partnership with the parents
  • To follow all the policies and procedures set out by the nursery
  • To work as part of a team

You will need to have the following qualifications, training and experience:

  • Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
  • Have experience of working with children

PT Nanny / Housekeeper

Experienced Nanny/Housekeeper required by professional family based in Wandsworth, SW18.

They have 3 children – 2 girls of 14 & 11, and a boy aged 5. Both parents work full time.

They are looking for a very capable, organised and proactive individual to assume complete charge of the children and household – cooking / making sure fridge is stocked / family washing / childrens ironing and keeping their rooms tidy / dealing with plumbers etc. The family employ a cleaner. All children go to school in Wimbledon, so a confident DRIVER required (family have an automatic car). Most childcare will be for the little boy – helping with homework, reading, bath etc. The two girls will need some ferrying around by car and a listening ear at the end of the day.

The family are looking for a long term placement, and are happy for you to check them out with their previous Nanny! Hours are 12.30-7 Mon to Fri, but can be flexible with a later start if you are at college / PT teacher etc. Can offer full time of 8-7 during school hols.

Must have fluent english, current CRB & First Aid and clean driving licence. Family have a dog and a cat. Start date early Sept, Sal neg.

Live in or daily nanny needed for this amazingly, fabulous country position! In Oxfordshire OX 10. Monday to Friday, Nursery duties only, Boys of 9 and 4 and girl of 7 years old. Own car and cottage, lots of exciting travel. End of January start £400-£500 per week net.

Lovely family in Oxfordshire OX10 are looking for a lovely new nanny to join their family as their current nanny of 8 ½ years is sadly leaving them. There are three children boys aged 9 and 4 and a 7 year old girl all at full time school locally. This position can be daily or live in and the hours are 2pm to 7.30pm term time and 8am to 7.30pm with an overnight each Wednesday, if living in there will be one additional evenings babysitting as well. This is a relaxed fully staffed house and you are responsible for nursery duties only although if you were happy to muck in on occasion it would be greatly appreciated. A team player is essential to fit in to what they feel is a happy, fun environment. As a working estate it is essential that you are comfortable with blood sports as hunts and shoots are a regular occurrence here. The family have a dog and a Shetland pony and a nanny would need to be comfortable with both as they are huge part of the children’s lives. This position also comes with fabulous travel if the nanny would like to travel but it is optional. The family spend 4 weeks each summer on their boat in the sun, Christmas, Easter and two half terms are spent skiing at their second home (where the nanny also has a separate apartment) and October half term is spent in South Africa. A car is available on and off duty and if you live in there is a cottage available for you on the estate. This is ideally a long term position and they would like the perfect nanny to stay forever! Age appropriate experience is essential as is outstanding checkable references and a happy disposition. This position is to ideally start at the end of January but the family will wait for the right nanny. £400-£500 per week net.

Part-time Play Worker

This is a 12 month contract for a Part Time Play Worker to work in the Nursery setting of a modern and friendly primary school in the Altrincham area. This is an excellent opportunity for an Early Years Specialist who is looking to work part time hours on a long-term basis. The successful applicant will work Monday – Friday, from 3pm – 6:15pm all year round. Due to the additional Nursery provision that the school will be providing from September 2011, the successful Play Workers will be required to work during school holidays as well as term time.

In this role, you will be expected to provide care for children aged between 0-5 years, to plan and organise appropriate activities, to co-operate with other members of staff and liaise with parents, to work in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum and deliver up-to-date and relevant Early Years strategies.

Successful Part Time Play Workers will start their 12 month contract in September 2011. The closing date for applications is Tuesday 5th July.
