National compliance coordinator
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and busy childcare recruitment agency to take on a senior position of National compliance coordinator.
The role will involve recruiting childcare professionals, managing a team of offsite staff located at various locations around the UK.
You will be responsible for managing the Recruitment processes and ensuring all compliance requirements are meet at every level of the recruitment and placement process.
This is an extremely busy environment and requires someone who has an exceptional ability to multitask and ensure attention to detail is met at every compliance obligations.
This role requires the individual to work directly with the Managing Director and Operations Manager; therefore a high degree of professional interpersonal skills is required.
The successful candidate will:
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have excellent organisational skills
- Excellent strategies for time management and the ability to multi task
- Impeccable ability to ensure that compliance is met on every part of the recruitment process by being thorough and meticulous in all aspects of your work, with a real ability to identify proactive process and identify potential errors or concerns before they arise.
- Have a strong knowledge of child care and compliance when providing services to vulnerable groups
- Excellent interviewing skills, identifying suitability
- Be able to liaise with external agencies
- Be able to display a professional and proactive approach to all aspects of your work
- Have the ability to develop and introduce new initiatives at all levels of the business
- A strong ability to work autonomously and raise issues to management where necessary
- The ability to use own initiative
- To keep abreast of changes in regulations, legislation and good practice within the industry and ensure where appropriate these are introduced and implemented within the business.
- Be IT and telecoms Literate
You will need to have the following qualifications, training and experience:
- A childcare qualification
- Experience of working in an office environment
- Experience of working in regulated environment with a focus on compliance
