An experienced Room Leader is required in Dorking!
Ideally you will have managed your own room previously and will understand how to get the best from your staff team. This Nursery is part of a growing organisation, so there will be lots of opportunity to progress your career into the future. To succeed within this role you will need to be committed to your work with children, have good organisation and communication skills and enjoy building good working relationships with parents.
You will be required to ensure your room is run to a high standard, maintaining the level of quality childcare and education already in place within the Nursery. Some of your responsibilities as a Room leader will include:
- To ensure the children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment
- To lead your team in order for them to plan, prepare and review the curriculum as a team reflective of the EYFS
- To work in partnership with the parents
- To follow and implement all the policies and procedures set out by the nursery
- To lead the team in your room, providing day to day guidance for your staff where needed
You will need to have the following qualifications, training and experience:
- Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Have experience of working with children

Islington, N7. Daily nanny-housekeeper required to share care of a 3 ½ year old girl, a 1 1/2 year old boy and a newborn with mum. Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 6:30 pm. Start September, interviews soonest. £500 net per week.

Mum will initially be at home, but the role will become more sole charge when she returns to work, after her maternity leave, so the role will gradually become more sole charge over time. Mum is looking for an experienced nanny-housekeeper with good English, Dad is Spanish and the children are bilingual, so spoken Spanish would be an advantage. The successful candidate will enjoy cleaning the 6 bedroom, 5 storey house, doing the laundry and ironing and cooking healthy, meaty meals. There is some babysitting required, by arrangement.

We’re looking for dedicated staff to care for children who have special needs. Our clients have a range of disabilities, but we need staff with experience of the following:
Autism, Challenging Behaviour, Cerebral Palsy, Complex Health Needs.
We also expectyou to have experience working with children between the ages of 5 and 18 years of age.
Our shifts start from 2 hours before school, or 3 hours plus after school or on week ends and during the school holidays.
