HK or Domestic Couple Wanted in Oxfordshire/Northamptonshire

Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire border
We are looking for a housekeeper or a domestic couple for a VIP but relaxed family’s country estate. They have school aged children that are all at boarding school and the family live in London during the week. Therefore they are only at the country house during the weekends and occasionally during holidays. You need to work 5 days a week (inc the weekend) and have 2 days off in the week as you wish. Youll also have some weekends off upon agreement,. The employers want to have happy staff and are therefore good with communication and are flexible. Position: Working for a large country estate (indoors housekeeping duties, including cooking). We need someone who is hardworking, fit, good sense of humour and relaxed. You must be active as it’s a large home over a great space. 7 bedrooms and bathrooms and various reception rooms. The role fits someone who is independent but can also work as part of the team. They have an estate manager as well as 4 staff. All the other staff are live out but this role is live in. It may suit a couple better so that you don’t get lonely but its either for a housekeeper or a couple. If we place a couple with them then the main role is still for the woman (cooking, dusting, sorting, shopping, arranging etc) and the man would be more as a back up, DIY help, driver and general help in the country and possibly also sometimes in their London home. Requirements: Driver, fit, active, experienced, good English, good cook, own initiative, healthy, good team worker, good common sense. Accommodation: Separate/own house on the estate with large sitting room, bedroom, kitchen etc. Its very nice. You’ll also get a car to us.
