Qualified Nursery Nurse, Level 3 Practitioner required for this busy day nursery in central Basingstoke

The successful applicant will be passionate about working in childcare, work well within a team and develop excellent relationships with parents as well as having a very good understanding of the EYFS curriculum.

Qualifications required -

Daily Nanny/Housekeeper needed 4 days a week to care for three boys aged 2yrs, 5yrs and 7yrs. Monday to Thursday 7.30am-6.30pm with some flexibility. Driver with own car essential (expenses will be paid). To start in September. £25,000pa.

The two older boys go to school from 8.30am-3.15pm and the youngest attends nursery four mornings a week. Both parents work full time, with Dad working locally, but frequently travelling to London and Mum working long hours in London. Nanna lives nearby and is often around to help if needed, she takes the older boys one day each after school. You will be responsible for getting the boys up and dressed, packed lunches and breakfast. School and nursery run drop off and pick up. All family laundry, including ironing of shirts and bed sheets. Weekly Grocery shopping – based on list left. General household cleaning including, vacuuming, changing bed sheets and bathrooms. Preparing evening meals for the boys (two nights a week to include a meal for Mum and Dad (i.e. cook a family sized portion of lasagne /shepherd pie etc). Help with homework. Playing and attending activities with the 2yr old.
