Duties include:

Responsible for the day to day running and administration of the Nursery.
Organising staff meetings and parent’s evenings
Responsible for Managing budgets
Responsible for Effective Recruitment and retention
Producing Staff Rota’s
Delegating tasks and ensuring staff ratio’s
Care, education and supervision of children
Supervision other members of staff
Developing strong and meaningful relationships with parents, guardians, children, siblings and the local community

Full time temporary nanny/housekeeper is needed for a family with a 2 years old boy for 2 weeks (with one week break between each), there is more housework involved on the first week and more childcare during the second half of this assignment. The family is looking for someone who does have a good experience with this age group and is not afraid of housework and can cook healthy meals.
