Room Leader, Baby Room

An excellent opportunity in a well established Nursery in Bracknell for a Room Leader to manage the Baby Unit. You will be responsible for overseeing the new children settling into the room, as well as ensuring the older babies’ transition into the next room is a smooth and positive experience for them. You will have a calm and very caring attitude towards your work with the babies, with an understanding for the concerns of new parents, as well as a very good knowledge of Babies development, from weaning, to their physical development and everything in between!

This rewarding position would suit a qualified practitioner, experienced with children under 12 months and with a real passion for ensuring all their needs are met at this crucial stage in their development.

You will need to have the following qualifications, training and experience:

• Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
• Have experience of working with children

Previous Room Leader experience is desirable, but not essential. Experienced Nursery Nurses applications are also welcome.

Nursery Manager –

The Nursery caters for 86 children based in 4 rooms. Experience of managing a large staff team, writing rotas, administration and budgeting are essential.

Previous management experience in a nursery setting is essential, NVQ3 in childcare or above and must have experience with 0-5 years olds. You must also have experience of implementing the EYFS curriculum.

Lovely family looking for a fun-loving, relaxed social nanny to take sole-charge of their 9month old girl as mother is returning to work. To start August 1st £10/hour net depending on experience.

This is a sole-charge role for a sociable, enthusiastic, child-focused nanny who is able to balance fun indoor activities with outdoor ones. They want someone who is developmentally focused and will take their daughter to the park, to social activities as well as reading and one-on-one play. Duties will inclde nursery duties and some laundry and ironing. Possible use of manual car while on duty. Babysitting as agreed. To start August 1st £10/hour net depending on experience.

NANNY – TWO CONSECUTIVE DAYS PER WEEK

Location : Limehouse, London

Hours : 8am – 6pm minimum

Sole of charge of 8 month old baby boy (although mother will be around until she returns to work in May)

Duties: regular daytime activities e.g. gymboree, playgroups, swimming. Preparing snacks and meals. Light housekeeping (including the baby’s washing)

Additional experience required: Driver useful but not essential. French speaker also good but not essential.

The candidate should be energectic and have good experience of working with babies.
