Nursery Teacher

An opportunity for a Degree Qualified Nursery Teacher in a lovely Esher Nursery. This position will allow you to focus solely on Planning and delivering the Early Years Curriculum to the Pre-school children.

You will work closely with parents, Nursery staff and local schools to ensure the children are fully prepared for their transition to school and that this is as smooth as possible for them.

This is a full time position, offering the opportunity for future career progression within the Company.

If you do not have a degree, but have been working in a ‘teaching’ environment, such as a Nursery School and have a good working knowledge of the curriculum, your application will also be considered.

Some of your responsibilities as a Nursery Teacher will include:

• To ensure the children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment
• To plan, prepare and review the curriculum as a team reflective of the EYFS
• To work in partnership with the parents
• To follow and implement all the policies and procedures set out by the nursery
• To lead the team in your room, providing day to day guidance for your staff where needed

You will need to have the following qualifications, training and experience:

• Qualified to Degree Level, ideally. EYPS desirable
• Have experience of working with children

This lovely family based in Fulham are seeking a happy, fun and enthusiastic Nanny to care for their little boy aged 2 and his new baby brother who is due at the end of June.
