Nursery Nurse
Experienced Nursery Nurses are required in Wembley.
Generous salaries are offered, reflective of your experience, as you lead by example, modelling good practice at all times and assisting parents with childcare queries as appropriate.
This position would be ideal if you have previously held a more senior role and are wanting to spend more time hands-on with the children.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• To ensure the children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment
• To plan, prepare and review the curriculum with the team in your room reflective of the EYFS
• To work in partnership with the parents
• To follow all the policies and procedures set out by the nursery
• To work as part of a team

You will need to have the following qualifications, training and experience:

• Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
• Have experience of working with children

We are currently looking for part time and temporary staff to work across our nurseries in West London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a nursery nurse seeking work to gain more experience and further their career, as we can provide regular hours and opportunities of permanent roles. You will be working in a friendly children’s centre and will become part of the team providing childcare to children from 3 months up to five years of age.

The ideal candidate will have recent experience working in a childcare setting. Childcare qualifications are desirable.

The job may include but will not be limited to:
Planning daily activities and resources.
Serving breakfast, lunch and tea, and supervising children’s behaviour.
Organising free play periods.
Setting up and tidying away rooms.
Helping with sleep time, group time, TV time and outside play.
Changing nappies and toileting children.
Accompanying children on visits.
Reporting sickness and accidents which occur.
Cleaning and maintaining equipment.
Being a team player.
