Busy, professional family are looking for a confident baby nanny to care for their little boy of 2 months old at the start of your employment. Mum will be going back to work full time so it will be a sole charge, therefore baby experience with knowledge in development, weaning and sleep routines is essential. Position is based in a great area of London close to Kings Road etc so you don’t need to drive. The family are looking for an unobtrusive person who is discreet but they are a very open, informal household and looking for someone to become part of their family. You need to be an engaging, consistent and committed nanny and someone who will be pro active in taking him to classes when he is older.

Hays Education currently have an exciting opportunity for a qualified Nursery Nurse to work in a medium sized state nursery, based on site at a primary school in Bristol. The Nursery are looking for an ambitious and energetic qualified Nursery Nurse to take on the responsibility of room leader in their 3 – 5s room.
The Nursery can accomodate up to 48 children and has recently received an outstanding OFSTED report.

The Nursery Room Leader must ensure high quality childcare is provided and activities are planned according to the individual need of each child. A room leader must also ensure that a safe, secure and caring environment is provided for all children.
Duties and Responsibilities

• To assist the Nursery team in providing a friendly, caring and calm environment in order to encourage and develop the children within our care.
• Supervise staff and students within your room in their training and maintain a proactive and professional team.
• Ensure that all daily routines are adhered to and reviewed accordingly, and all records are up to date.
• To oversee planning by key persons for individual children, ensuring that the principles of the EYFS are in place with reference to all the areas within the EYFS curriculum.
• Manage staffing levels, arranging cover with your manager when needed.
• Manage staffing levels within your room, to ensure key workers are regularly assessing their children.
• Undertake staff meetings outside normal working hours when neccesary.
• Be a positive role model who will encourage and lead an effective team, co-ordinating and self evaluating along with the EYPS practitionerÂ

Sole charge position caring for two girls aged 8yrs and 12yrs and their older brother aged 15yrs. Nursery duties only. Driver essential. Top salary for the right candidate. Accommodation within the main house. To start at the end of April/beginning of May.

This family is looking for a bubbly, friendly nanny able to have fun with the children and look after them whilst their father is on business. You will be responsible for helping the children with their homework, school runs, cooking and taking the children on outings and to activities. The children really need a ‘big sister’ type of nanny who will be there to care for them whilst their father is away on long trips abroad. Dad is very hands on when he is at home with the children but you will be needed to stay in the house for long periods whilst he is absent. You will have time off in the day whilst the children are at school and more time off when Dad is home to take charge. The 15yr old boy is at boarding school so he isn’t at home all the time; he comes home every other week. The family are looking for a calm, well spoken nanny who can get on with the two housekeepers who currently work for them. This role includes some travel during the school holidays. Your accommodation will be a large en-suite bedroom within the house. This is a great position offering a top salary for the right candidate.
