Person Specification
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Educated to degree level, preferably in a Commercial, Marketing or Business Studies discipline
- Practical skills and experience at a management level in business development (e.g sales/marketing), budget control and project management with, ideally, some knowledge and/or experience of the childcare and/or cultural exchange industry
- Experience of managing external customer and/or supplier relationships, preferably on an international basis
- Numeracy skills through management of performance data and/or financial budgets
- Proven communications skills including delivery of quality written and/or spoken reports and presentations, ideally for a cross cultural audience
- Experience of preparing and negotiating contracts and agreements
- Experience of managing a team or individuals is desirable
- Good IT skills with competency in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and online tools

The job holder is accountable to the Senior Vice President UK and acts as Deputy Director in their absence or as required.
You may be required to Travel to the following countries:
