A role has arisen for an experienced Manager to join a growing, well established Nursery Provider who has an excellent reputation for high standards and innovation. The candidates will have a proven track record of success both financially and operationally. This role will have responsibilities for covering 4 settings as the Senior Manager.
The successful candidate must have experience as an Area Manager gained form a Childcare Nursery provider.
The responsibilities and previous experience to include
Overseeing the childcare and business management of 4 nurseries,
Working in line with the company’s vision and values and ensuring success
Motivating the Nursery Managers in your team to deliver and ensuring that they do. Strong leadership skills are essential
Leading other team members
Manage the financials ensuring targets are met and costs managed
Marketing and promotion for new business and business retention
Be able to work with a high degree of Automony
Excellent knowledge of company financials as they relate to the Nursery business.

Flexibility is a must as the candidate will be required to travel and manage a which covers both Surrey and Kent . You must also have a clean driving license and be PC literate.

This Anglo-Indian family is looking for a live-in Mother’s Help to be part of the family and look after a 7 months old baby boy in tandem with his grand-mother whils his mum and dad are at work .

The family currently has a cleaner coming 3 times a week.

Duties: help the baby’s grand-mother (with whom the charge will be shared) to cook and look after the baby.

Hours: Only 40 hours per week Tuesday to Sunday. The baby goes to nursery on Mondays.
