The Manager will have responsibility over delivering a quality childcare service which is compliant with the OFSTED standards, meets customer’s expectations and maximizes opportunities to attract potential customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Leading and managing a diverse staff team
• Customer services – Customer relations & satisfaction, customer attraction and retention
• Business management – To ensure the nursery within the portfolio achieve financial targets, manage operating costs and ensure viability and profitability
