A new Nursery setting which belongs to a small, successful Nursery Provider requires and experienced Nursery Manager. The Nursery Manager must be fully qualified with a minimum NVQ3 in Early Years, but we do prefer candidates with a relevant Degree or in the process of doing their Degree.
The Nursery manager will need have excellent skills with people. They must be able to motivate a team, set targets, and follow this up in an appropriate manner which promotes good team spirit.
