A fantastic Nursery setting which belongs to a leading Nursery Provider requires and experienced, fully qualified, Nursery Manager. The Nursery Manager must be fully qualified with a minimum NVQ3 in Early Years, but we do prefer candidates with a relevant Degree or in the process of doing their Degree.

The Nursery manager will need to show strong oral and written skills, strong leadership and supervisory skills, expertise with the National standards, expertise in implementing and developing the curriculum using EYFS, understanding of business financials, exceptional communicator and able to demonstrate sensitivity and awareness when communicating with parents and staff.

The Managers Duties will include –

Supervision

Leadership

Building strong parent relationships

Marketing the setting

Enrolment and Enrolment targets

Health and Safety

All Financials

Maintenance and appearance of the setting

Fostering strong team ethic within the setting

Busy friendly informal family are looking for an enthusiastic, fun, friendly, easygoing, flexible nanny to take care of their sons aged 2.5 & 4.5 years. The ideal nanny for the family is engaging, has loads of energy, sporty, developmentlay focused, imaginative, full of ideas and loves working with children. The children are at school and nursery so taking them to this along with classes, play dates, the park and age appropriate activities. As the mother works freelance the position is mainly sole charge but with some shared charge when she is around. Normal nursery duties, cooking healthy food, and flexibility to run errands and be helpful are required (cleaner employed). Driver required and occasional travel 3-5 weeks a year with the family by arrangement. The older child has an allergy to nuts so needs to carry an epi pen.
