Live in nanny (separate accommodation with is huge with bedroom, terrace, toilet, bathroom etc), 5 year old child (boy) and baby due in July. They have a home in London and in Switzerland and they travel a lot. Back to London approx every 4 months if you want to visit family and friends. Highly recommended family by other families we know. Last nanny stayed for 3,5 years. They have a fully staffed household. They have a maternity nurse for June/July so the baby will be 2 months at the start. You must be great with babies and with the 5 year old (Gina Ford method has worked well for them for the baby). You must be very good with discipline, well mannered, well presented etc and fun. Excellent English, Russian or Mandarin language level is ideal. The hours are: Mon-Fri 7-7, maybe more if needed to start with to get the baby in routine. Baby sitting isn’t essential. This is a fab role for someone great. Ideally someone aged 23-35 approx and the family has a great nanny network there with a lot to do. Hong Kong is fun, social and a great place for someone enthusiastic and great. The family will sort this visa out etc. Sole charge and shared care. Interviews will be done via mum over phone and then her best friend in London and then trial. The family can pay a retainer until you start (from June or so), actual start is August.

Live-out Nanny/ Housekeeper in Bayswater!

Bayswater, W London
Full time, live out nanny/ housekeeper for a lovely family with a baby due on the 14th of January. Hours: 7am to 6pm, 5 to 7 days a week but this can be flexible for the right person. Nanny must be well spoken, speak and write fluent French. Ideally 35-55 years old and have good experience with new born babies. They prefer a driver (not essential) and someone flexible with hours and days but it depends on what you are able to do. Must be intelligent, protective and responsible, be in good condition, organized, clean and tidy. Must have good cooking skills, organized and be able to plan good weekly activities for the child. Good team work is also essential. Duties: dropping off and picking up the baby from the nursery (if the baby will attend nursery), looking after her, housework etc. We have a maternity nurse with them for the first month.

Nursery Manager

This is a fantastic role for an experienced nursery manager looking for a role with a focused and professional organisation.

You will be managing a dynamic staff team and be responsible for providing a warm and supportive working environment for all your staff.

You will be an individual who is passionate about providing excellent standards of care and education with an ability to inspire others in the setting.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • To achieve and maintain high standards of care and education

  • NNEB, CACHE level 3, NVQ level 3 or equivalent

  • Excellent knowledge of the EYFS
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to targets and deadlines
  • Good time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong people management skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of equal opportunities/SENCO etc.
  • Previous relevant supervisory experience

Maternity Nurse

Family require routine based but not too ridgid, friendly, easy to have around, experienced maternity nurse for twins due 5th May 2010 by c-section at St Marys Lindo Wing (38 weeks). Position is live in, 6 days a week for 3 months.
