Maternity Nurse

Maternity Nurse required for 1st baby due 28th February 2011, mother may have a c-section. Baby will be breast fed, share room with baby, own room on day off. Mother wants a strict routine but with some flexibility. Position is live in, 6 days a week for 2 months.

Nanny Part Time, Didsbury

Our family are looking for a Nanny 3 days per week initially Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Then in September only two days Tuesday, Wednesday are required. The role involves looking after a baby aged 9mths old. Applicants who have their own young child or baby are welcomed as are those able to do a Nanny share. Applicants must have at least two years experience working with babies.

Early Years Worker

Due to the increased growth of teaching assistant jobs in Sandwell, we have established strong links with primary schools in the area. A primary school in the Sandwell area is looking to fill a teaching assistant job with a qualified NVQ Level 3, NNEB or equivalent Early Years teaching assistant who will become part of their friendly and enthusiastic team. The successful candidates must be highly competent with the EYFS and have experience in primary school education.

Permanent Live-in Nanny for a VIP Family

Permanent live in nanny for a VIP family with 4 children aged 7(B), twins aged 3.9 (G) and a girl aged 2.9. Looking for someone with outstanding English and German speaker (preferably), positive attitude, creative and fun loving. The nanny should be flexible and willing to travel; be mature, have 3-5 years experience (nursery/kindergarten experience is not relevant). The main duties would be caring for the children, feeding them and occasionally cooking meals; keeping their rooms clean and tidy; washing their clothes, ironing, etc. Working hours: 5 days per week roster style with 2 days off each week from 7am to 7 pm; 4 weeks holiday per year etc. You will be working in a team of 3 nannies, sometimes with them and sometimes on your own. Usually there are 2 of you. There is a set out rota that we can show you as an example. Accommodation: bright and modern bedroom with bathroom provided, a kitchenette is available to be shared with other nannies. Meals are provided by the house chef.

They live in a large house and it’s a fully staffed household. Very informal and relaxed family. They are very nice and we have had nannies with them for years and everyone likes it there. We highly recommend this role. The other 2 nannies are lovely so you would always have nice company.

German Speaking P/T Nanny Needed

Little boy 2.5 years and baby girl 7 months seek a friendly, creative, fluent German speaking, sole charge daily nanny who will take them to playgroups and the park; hours are approx 8:30am – 6pm, 2 to 3 days per week – any Mon, Tues, Wed combination. Mum is flexible for the right candidate.

Ideal candidates are energetic, proactive about getting out and about, have a happy, positive, outgoing disposition and a good understanding of nutrition, with cooking skills to match.

Standard nursery duties, arranging age appropriate fun and educational activities and play dates, preparing fresh healthy meals for the children, nursery drop off and pick up – eldest will be attending morning pre-school.

Mum is British and Dad is Austrian so they would like a nanny to converse in German in support of the children’s bilingual upbringing. Fluent German / excellent English essential with native Austrian or German preferred.

Qualification preferred. Current CRB, 1st Aid, non-smoker all required. Driver not needed.
