Deputy Manager – Weybridge

Deputy Nursery Manager, supernumerary for successful Nursery in Weybridge. You must be very experienced and have excellent knowledge of EYFS. Your responsibilities will include supporting the Manager with the following:

ensuring the nursery achieves and maintains high standards of care, implement EYFS, assist with staff training and staff recruitment, to support the manager in ensuring all health and safety policies are implemented, ensuring compliance with children’s act, ensure that staff are following guidelines laid down by Ofsted and the national standards, staff assessments, developing teamwork, organizing team meetings, assist in all nursery administration and finance, to liaise effectively with parents and carers, and help drive occupancy.

You will need to be at least NVQ3 qualified or equivalent and have a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role like room leader.

You have to be an experienced Nursery Manager, fully qualified, and you must be able to demonstrate a successful track record in your field.
