Daily Nanny

Highgate, Archway, N19. Sole Charge position available for a confident, experienced, reliable and committed nanny to care for boy of 16 months. This caring and friendly professional family require a confident, motivated, flexible and reliable nanny to take over care of their 16 month old son from their current nanny at the start of November. The ideal candidate will be someone with a sense of maturity, who has a genuine interest in children and is looking to commit to a family for a minimum of 2 years with Excellent English skills as the family speak Spanish and Portuguese at home and would like their son’s English to be focused on. Communication is important and working in conjunction with the parents is imperative. The candidate will need to show initiative and take the child to activities, the park and playdates. The child has a minor food allergy so awareness of this is key. All normal nursery duties will be required and to include some light food shopping for the family. Nursery Manager -Hampstead

Experienced Nursery Manger with a track record and excellent knowledge of the EYFS curriculum is required by our client, a childcare provider, with an excellent reputation and a passion for childcare.

Some of your duties include:

The implementation of the EYFS curriculum.

Overall Responsibility for the Nursery and registered person with OFSTED

Preparing monthly payroll

Preparing all invoices

Nursery Financial Percentages

Ensuring legal requirements are met

Maintaining and updating extra sessions folder

Maintaining purchase invoices- Checking and coding

Producing registrations and offer letters

Transferring information from future registration folder to confirmed starter folder

New starters procedure including: Sending out welcome pack, invoicing, phoning to arrange ‘settling in days’, producing written confirmation of ‘settling in’ times and dates etc.

Planning and arranging room movements

Writing nursery newsletters and class lists

Producing, maintaining and updating daily registers

Maintaining and filling weekly cleaning sheets

Producing and implementing procedures in fire drill folder

Nursery Manager – Kensington

Established Nursery, with a track record in its local community and a knowledgeable and loyal staff team require a Nursery Manager. The Nursery Manager must be fully qualified with a minimum NVQ3 in Early Years, but we do prefer candidates with a relevant Degree or in the process of doing their Degree.
