The Role
A position has arisen for a Qualified Nursery Nurse in south Birmingham to start as soon as possible. They are looking for a flexible, reliable individual with a warm personality to fit in well with their friendly and supportive team. The successful candidate will be able to care for the children and encourage their learning but will not be afraid of getting “stuck in”. Responsibilities will include:

• To assist the nursery team in providing a friendly, caring and relaxing environment in order to encourage and develop children in care.
• To assist the base room manager in base room management activities such as training, organising themes and projects, and monitoring students.
• To ensure all daily routines are carried out and records kept up to date.
• To assist in maintaining a safe, clean and tidy base room.

• To appropriately console children if they get upset.

Requirements
It is essential that you have previous experience working with children up to the age of 5 in a nursery setting. Cache Level 3 or equivalent is essential.

Lovely family known to Eden are looking for a live in nanny in Devon PL8. They have 3 lovely little girls aged 4, 3, 2 years old and their baby boy aged 4 months old. Monday to Friday 7am to 7pm and 2 nights babysitting. The ideal candidate will have lots of energy, a happy disposition, experience of babies and toddlers and love the country life, wellies are a must here! This is a hands on muck in country job, you are responsible mainly for childcare and other staff are employed to help with nursery duties but you may be asked to help in all areas of this busy family home if needed as it is very much a team environment. This is a live in position and you will have top floor accommodation consisting of a bedroom and bathroom, there is wi fi and you can use the playroom as a sitting room in the evenings. There is potentially a possibility for separate accommodation in the future as the family will be relocating to Somerset. This position is ideally to start ASAP although they will wait for the right person and have a temp nanny currently. A driver is essential and a car can be provided on duty and possibly off. £350 per week net.
