Some of your responsibilities as a Montessori Teacher will include:

  • To ensure the children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment

Nursery Manager – Hertfordshire

A great role of a dynamic manager who is able to manage and lead a team and offer a warm supportive working environment.

This is a role which would be most suited to an experienced nursery manager who has or is keen to work in a busy vibrant environment.

You will need be some who has a real ability to offer structure, focus to the staff and setting with a real ability to achieve.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • To achieve and maintain high standards of care and education
  • To effectively lead and manage the staff team including recruitment and retention, providing day to day guidance, training and support to all staff
  • To ensure all policies, procedures and curriculums are implemented and adhered to at all times
  • To keep abreast of current early childhood thinking/trends
  • To effectively manage the budgets and occupancy levels

You will need to have the following qualifications, training and experience:

  • NNEB, CACHE level 3, NVQ level 3 or equivalent
  • Excellent knowledge of health and safety legislation
  • Knowledge of OFSTED standards
  • Excellent knowledge of the EYFS
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to targets and deadlines
  • Good time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong people management skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of equal opportunities/SENCO etc.
  • Previous relevant supervisory experience

Daily Muck-In Nanny/Housekeeper

Friendly and informal family French/Arabian in S. Kensington require a warm, bubbly and capable Nanny+ to help care for their children of 6,4,& 2 yrs. Duties are speaking and playing with the children in both English & French, working in a team with the Nanny-Housekeeper – helping with family laundry and cooking.
