Live-in Nanny/Governess

Nanny/Governess required for family residing in Geneva. Children are G1, B2.5 and B4.5 years of age. Nanny duties only with emphasis on helping with the children’s language development. Must have excellent spoken English and basic French. Driver preferred as Mother does not drive. Ensuite accommodation with some travel. Other staff employed. To start ASAP.

Room Leader

Music Teacher

A passionate and committed Music Teacher is required to work with the Under 5’s.

You will be responsible for planning and providing stimulating, age-appropriate music sessions, introducing children to a wide range of music from across the world, as well as providing them with opportunities to explore music and movement in meaningful ways, such as dance etc.

The successful applicant will have a passion for music and a relevant qualification, as well as experience of working with the Under 5’s. You will play the piano at least to Grade 8 standard and have the enthusiasm and energy to excite the Early Years and instil in them a love for music from around the world.

QTS is desirable, but not essential, for this role.

Some of your responsibilities as a Music Teacher will include:

  • To ensure the children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment
  • To plan, prepare and provide appropriate Music Sessions reflective of the EYFS
  • To work in partnership with the parents
  • To follow and implement all the policies and procedures set out by the nursery

You will need to have the following qualifications, training and experience:

  • Hold a relevant Music qualification

Live-in Housekeeper/Nanny

full time live in housekeeper/nanny needed for a family with 2 children (4yo and 5yo)

the children are at school therefore only part time childcare is needed

full housekeeping (cleaning, organising the household, laundry, ironing) cooking is not needed

the family does have a dog

the days/hours are Monday-Friday 7am-7pm (1 hour lunch break) and Saturday mornings (not every weekend, can agree on 1x per month whole weekend off)

travel to countryside is required (occasional weekends and school holidays – must be happy to do)

accommodation – own bedroom + bathroom shared with the children

the family is looking for an experienced and reliable person with good level of English – must be a selfstarter who does not need to be told what to do and is willing to stay for a long term
