Part-time Daily Nanny

Acton, W3 –Friendly family require a Lovely, Bright, Developmentally focused Nanny for Sole charge of a 9 month old Boy. 3 Days per week Ideally Mon, Tues, Thurs but flexible. 8.00am – 3.00pm. The family are looking for someone who is OFSTED Registered or happy to become registered. Driver not required but parking available. Start 19th July 2010.

Friendly family require a highly Lovely, Experienced, Confident, Knowledgeable, baby/toddler nanny to help care for their son aged 9 months. The ideal nanny has relevant experience with excellent references, committed, reliable and flexible. Mum will be returning to work so you will have to be confident as a sole charge nanny. Mum is looking for a nanny that is flexible, pro-active and happy to muck in. Duties will include helping with breakfast time, child’s laundry putting him down for naps, taking to activities and focusing on development. As the child naps in the morning and afternoon mum would like a nanny who will use this time productively and prepare meals in advance, do the child’s laundry and be willing to unload the dishwasher ect. Babysitting is by arrangement and paid extra. Mum is ideally looking to pay £10 per hour, however will be happy to pay more with childcare vouchers. Nannies that are OFSTED Registered or happy to become OFSTED registered have a distinct advantage.

Nursery Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated individual for this management position who is able to ‘lock and load’ and just get in and on with it so to speak as the position is available immediately for the right candidate. Must have a minimum/equivalent of the following within the last 3 years

NVQ Level 3 in childcare or higher

Previous management responsibilities and experience (2-6 yrs in the UK preferable)

Paediatric First aid

Clean CRB Enhanced disclosure

Child protection training

SEN/Inclusion training

Suitable person should also have the required skills such as organisational and team building skills, strong leadership, style, well-presented and well-spoken, very high levels of IT literacy, good all round knowledge of day to day running of the nursery environment, exceptional interpersonal skills, able to meet the Ofsted requirements and ability to identify and solve problems with ease and fines. You should also be of an outgoing, efficient and diligent personality.

Full-time Live-in or Out Housekeeper/Nanny
