The Nursery Manager must be fully qualified with a minimum NVQ3 in Early Years, AND AT LEAST 2 YEARS, management experience. The Nursery manager will need to show strong oral and written skills, strong leadership and supervisory skills, expertise with the National standards, expertise in implementing and developing the curriculum using EYFS, understanding of business financials, exceptional communicator and able to demonstrate sensitivity and awareness when communicating with parents and staff.
