Unqualified Nursery Assistants Required…

Good day All …
Some essential requirements please before you make this call are

  • You must be over 18years of age.
  • Have a minimum of 6mths experience working with children 0-5yrs of age either as an au-pair/ nanny or babysitter/ childminder or worked in a nursery.
  • 2 letters of reference, written and signed by the parents of the children or the nursery manager.
  • Should be pro-active. energetic, good natured with cheery disposition and be able to ”get on with it” so to speak.NO time wasters/slackers please!

We also offer temporary ongoing assignments at different nurseries in and around London.

NB: You will need to bring the following with you to the interview:

  • Passport
  • 2 Passport photos
  • 2 Proof of address
  • 2 Letters of reference in childcare (see above)

British family require a very kind, experienced and knowledgeable nanny to care for one girl aged 5 months (Will be 9 months) on a sole charge basis. Both parents work full time, so punctuality is important. Experience of a similar age is essential. The role requires normal children’s nursery duties, such as cooking healthy food, child’s laundry, being pro-active in finding classes and activities. The nanny needs to be safety conscious, responsible and reliable. Good communication with parents is important, as is a team player.

Your Key Responsibilities may include -

Act as Room Leader and to implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.

Ensure your staff team provide high standards of care for the children.

Lead planning for the EYFS curriculum and maintain accurate records.

Ensure that your staff team are always aware of each child’s individual needs and that all children are kept safe and that the staff understand, and follow Child Protection Procedures.

Support the staff and supervise the staff with their day to day duties.

Be responsible for participating in all self-development activities including appraisals and supervisions.

Meet with the manager on a regular basis and report on individual children and staff

Meet with parents

Interview new staff with the manager
