Daily Nanny WD3

Daily Nanny Hertfordshire WD3, Girls aged 2 years & 5 months, Monday to Friday 8am to 6.30pm, Driver with their own car is essential. January start £350- £450 per week net.

Daily nanny sort by lovely family with two small girls aged 2years old and 5 months. Monday to Friday 8am to 6.30pm additional babysitting would be great. Nursery duties with a muck in attitude where needed, bearing in mind that you will be at home whilst Mum and Dad are both at work. A Cleaner is also employed! A keen and capable cook, with child friendly from scratch recipes. The ideal candidate will have initiative, 5 to 10 years of nanny experience with references to back this up. Be happy to find local age appropriate activities, make new friends and create a fantastic network of activities and play dates for the girls. A driver with their own car is essential and a mileage allowance will be paid. Start date is to be confirmed but will be the end of December beginning of January to allow for a couple of weeks hand over before Mum returns to work. £350-£450 per week net depending on age and experience.

Governess

Governess – Dubai
Two girls – 8yrs & 12 yrs

Requirements: Teaching Qualification.
The girls attend school during the day (Sunday – Thursday) so the Governess will be relatively free during the day. It is asked they oversee other household staff. They will be required to cover the girls homework in the evenings. Maths is key. To supervise girls on weekends. Flexibility on working hours is essential as the parents are travelling a lot so the governess/nanny will be in sole charge. Similarly, to have the flexibility to drop everything and travel with the family (last minute holidays etc.). Live-in position, relatively private accommodation. Driver at disposal to Governess/ Nanny. The family have two small dogs, some pet duties may be required.
Holidays – Governess/Nanny will get most of summer(July & August) off, including free travel back to the UK.
Overall – there is a big emphasis on flexibility on working hours and a good understanding of Maths (for girls homework).

This role would suit someone who has a strong understanding of the childcare industry.

The successful candidate will join an existing team of consultants and be responsible for developing our Nanny desk.

As a consultant your primary responsibilities will be to:

  • Identify, approach and conduct initial telephone screening of candidates
  • Conduct face to face interviews
  • Take candidates through the Caleeda screening procedure and report on the feedback of prospective candidates to both your manager and clients.
  • You will be tasked with developing long-term relationships with both the candidates and clients, continually updating your market knowledge in order to add value to the search process and identify potential business opportunities.

Essential characteristics:

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to relate to clients and candidates at all levels
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Extremely organised
  • Adept in using ITC
  • Ability to translate and action candidate and client information.
  • Ability to multitask and manage number assignments simultaneously.
  • A strong desire to succeed and always conscious of providing the best possible service to all clients and candidates.
  • Previous experience within the childcare and education sector is essential, preferably at management level but not essential
  • Previous experience within recruitment or an office based role is essential.

  • Interview the candidates and take them through screening procedures
  • Update assignment progress on company database
