Experienced Nursery Manager required join an exsisting Nursery in South West London which has just been refurbished. You will have at least 3 years experience as a Nursery Manager. You must be fully qualified ( NVQ3 minimum, ideally Level 3) and be looking to start or have completed your EY Degree. The setting is already very popular and has exceptional scope for growth.

Your Duties will include:
The day to day running and administration of the Nursery.
Organising staff meetings and parent’s evenings
Responsible for Managing budgets
Responsible for Effective Recruitment and staff retention
Producing Staff Rota’s
Delegating tasks and ensuring staff ratio’s
Care, education and supervision of children. Curriculum design and roll out
Developing strong and meaningful relationships with parents, guardians, children, siblings and the local community
