Live-out Full-time Nanny/Housekeeper

This is a full housekeeper and nanny position. There is a large house with 5 bedrooms to keep clean and tidy. Lots of ironing. There is usually no need for cooking. The children are aged between 6 and 15 years. There are no house pets. A driver would be wonderful, but there is a nearby bus stop (No. 85 Putney-Kingston) and would suit someone living in SW London. The hours are Mon-Fri 7.15am – 6.15pm and Saturday 9am – 4pm.

Senior Room Leader – Woking

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Room Leader to work with the Under two’s.
This lovely Nursery is looking for an enthusiastic, organised and passionate Senior Room Leader to manage two rooms for children under Two years.

You will be responsible for 9 staff members across the rooms and so will need to have good communication and organisational skills.
You will need to ensure all staff have an awareness of, and are implementing, good practice within their rooms and are providing stimulating activities for all the children in their care.

This position would suit an experienced Room Leader or Deputy Manager of a smaller setting, who is able to motivate their staff and build excellent relationships with all parents.

A fantastic opportunity to manage your own staff team while still maintaining close links with the parents and children.

Some of your responsibilities as a Room leader will include:

  • To ensure the children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment
  • To lead your team in order for them to plan, prepare and review the curriculum as a team reflective of the EYFS
  • To work in partnership with the parents
  • To follow and implement all the policies and procedures set out by the nursery
  • To lead the team in your room, providing day to day guidance for your staff where needed

You will need to have the following qualifications, training and experience:

  • Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
  • Have experience of working with children
