Lovely family are looking for a caring live in nanny to care for their two boys of 1 year and 2 years and a baby due in April, a maternity nurse is booked for the first 12 weeks. Monday-Friday 7am-7pm but flexible. This will suit a warm, patient, loving nanny with excellent experience and knowledge of babies and toddlers. The role is shared charge with elements of sole charge so a team player with excellent communication skills are important. The ideal nanny will love cooking and be happy to encourage the eldest boy to improve his eating habits. This position is nursery duties only. The ideal nanny will need to be thoughtful and kind for this very warm family. A private suite at the opposite end of the house to the family is available, consisting of your own bedroom, bathroom with Cable TV and Wifi. Responsibilities:

Overall management responsibility for the Day Nursery in the absence of the Manager

Assist the Manager in providing effective day to day management of the Nursery

Good day All …
Some essential requirements please before you make this call are

  • You must be over 18years of age.
  • Have a minimum of 6mths experience working with children 0-5yrs of age either as an au-pair/ nanny or babysitter/ childminder or worked in a nursery.
  • 2 letters of reference, written and signed by the parents of the children or the nursery manager.
  • Should be pro-active. energetic, good natured with cheery disposition and be able to ”get on with it” so to speak.NO time wasters/slackers please!

We also offer temporary ongoing assignments at different nurseries in and around London.

NB: You will need to bring the following with you to the interview:

  • Passport
  • 2 Passport photos
  • 2 Proof of address
  • 2 Letters of reference in childcare (see above)

CRB if you have one. If not we can get one for you.

If you are Qualified in early years childcare with a certificate NVQ 2/3/4 NNEB / CACHE / Montessori or have the equivalent diploma from your country with a Naric verification letter, please bring that too.
