3 Day Nanny Wimbledon Start 1 Nov Baby Twins

Daily nanny 3 days a week, days would be any three days between Monday and Thursday, but ideally Mon-Weds. Hours 8.30-5.30. Role is 50-50 mix of shared care and sole charge of twin babies who will be age 6 months by then. Nursery Manager – Walton on Thames

A fantastic Nursery setting which belongs to a leading Nursery Provider requires and experienced Nursery Manager. The Nursery Manager must be fully qualified with a minimum NVQ3 in Early Years, but we do prefer candidates with a relevant Degree or in the process of doing their Degree.

The Nursery manager will need to show strong oral and written skills, strong leadership and supervisory skills, expertise with the National standards, expertise in implementing and developing the curriculum using EYFS, understanding of business financials, exceptional communicator and able to demonstrate sensitivity and awareness when communicating with parents and staff.

Nursery Manager

We are looking for a Nursery Manager with the ability to inspire and motivate a staff team and promote only the very best standards of care and education for all children at the nursery.

You will be some who is passionate about all aspects of childcare and education and able to bring new ideas to the role.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

To achieve and maintain high standards of care and education

To effectively lead and manage the staff team including recruitment and retention, providing day to day guidance, training and support to all staff

To ensure all policies, procedures and curriculums are implemented and adhered to at all times

To effectively manage the budgets and occupancy levels

To manage the day to day operations of the nursery

You will be:

NNEB, CACHE level 3, NVQ level 3 or equivalent
