The Nursery Manager must be fully qualified with a minimum NVQ3 in Early Years, AND AT LEAST 2 YEARS, management experience. We do prefer candidates with a relevant Degree or in the process of doing their Degree.

The Nursery manager will need to show strong oral and written skills, strong leadership and supervisory skills, expertise with the National standards, expertise in implementing and developing the curriculum using EYFS, understanding of business financials, exceptional communicator and able to demonstrate sensitivity and awareness when communicating with parents and staff.

The Managers Duties will include –

2 children aged 7 and 4. Boy and Girl. The mum needs a nanny from 2pm til 7pm 4 days per week. Mon til Thu. The children are at school. Driver is not essential as the kids schools are near the family home. You will come in at 2pm and start preparing for the kids and then go and collect the children from their schools and have an activity or something similar. The mum will help as well with one child if they have different activities. Also then help mum with bedtime and bath time. Home work help is not needed now but maybe later. Native English would be ideal or a tutor type but this is not essential. Someone who is very creative would be ideal and someone who plays the piano!

Deputy Manager/ Senior Nursery Practitioner
