Female Care Workers for a Young Lady

We are urgently looking to build a team of female Bengali speaking care workes for a young girl with complex health needs and physical disability in Enfield (EN1). You will have sound previous experience supporting clients (children or young people) with physical disability and additional health needs in terms of daily routine, manual handling, peg feeding and personal care. The shifts would be set in a weekly rota system to include short mornings, longer shifts afternoon/evenings and all day weekends. We need you to have recent CRB check and checkable references. Temporary Daily Nanny

Chelsea, SW10- Lovely, friendly, sweet, easygoing, baby confident shared charge nanny required to care for a girl 9 months. Monday – Friday, 8.30am- 6.30pm. Start Monday 24th May for 2 weeks with the possibility or extension. £10 per hour net.

Busy mother is looking for a lovely, kind, loving & caring, totally flexible, calm, willing, helpful, easygoing daily nanny to working in partnership with the mother and help care for their daughter of 9 months. The ideal nanny is happy to take direction from mum, a team player and flexible. Normal nursery duties and cooking fresh healthy food daily is required. The family have a small dog so candidate must be ok to work with a pet. This is a temporary role while the family look for a permanent candidate. The role is initially 2 weeks however with possible extension while the family continue their search. A driver is helpful but not essential. 10-15 minute walk from Sloane Square tube.

PPA Teacher

Due to the increased growth of our early years division in Sandwell we have established strong links with Children’s Centres in the Sandwell area. A modern Children Centre in the Sandwell area is looking for qualified NVQ Level 3, NNEB or equivalent Nursery Nurse to be part of their friendly and enthusiastic team. The successful candidates must be competent with Foundation Stage 0-5 and have experience in full day care.

Nursery Manager

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • To achieve and maintain high standards of care and education
  • To effectively lead and manage the staff team including recruitment and retention, providing day to day guidance, training and support to all staff
  • To ensure all policies, procedures and curriculums are implemented and adhered to at all times To keep abreast of current early childhood thinking/trends
  • To effectively manage the budgets and occupancy levels
  • To implement an effective parent liaison programme, to be influential in developing strong links with parents.
  • To manage all day to day operations of the nursery

You will need to have the following qualifications, training and experience:

  • NNEB, CACHE level 3, NVQ level 3 or equivalent
  • Excellent knowledge of health and safety legislation
  • Knowledge of OFSTED standards
  • Excellent knowledge of the EYFS
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to targets and deadlines
  • Good time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong people management skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of equal opportunities/SENCO etc.
  • Previous relevant supervisory experience
