Successful Childcare provider, close to Holland Park Tube and belonging to one of the leading providers in the area requires and experienced Nursery Nurse who has a Level 3 qualification and experience. Hays Education are currently recruiting for a Room Leader to work in a Children’s Centre in Sheffield on a temporary basis. We are looking for applicants with level 3 qualifications in childcare, or a related degree in Early Years. Hours may vary from 7.30am – 6pm each day on a rota basis.

Qualifications and experience required are as follows:
Must have at least 2 years post qualification experience and ideally have some senior experience
Must hold a recognised childcare qualification in accordance with OFSTED guidelines (i.e. NVQ 3 or equivalent)
Experience within the childcare industry in the last 2 years is essential
A good theoretical and working knowledge of the new Early Years Foundation Stage
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

TOP – live out, sole charge nanny position for a native German speaking nanny with a family who have two children, 2,5 and 4 years old, both boys. The family employs a housekeeper and another part-time nanny. Working hours are Mon-Fri between 8.15am – 6pm, and 1-2 evenings babysitting a week. Duties are general nanny duties. One day a week will be shared care with another part-time nanny.

They would like to find someone who is fun and can bound with the children easily. The ideal candidate will be qualified, have a current first-aid certificate, minimum 3 years nanny experience as a nanny with 2 to 4 year old children; she is also well-organized, mature to run errands around the house and driving is a bonus, but not essential. The family also take the nanny once a year for their holiday (2 weeks).
