Nursery Nurse Level 3 – Wandsworth (South West London)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a qualified Level 3 Nursery Nurse to join the team at one of London’s most sought after Day Nurseries in South West London (Wandsworth)

The position is on a full-time permanent basis (4.5 day week, 37.5 hours) for children aged 0 to 5 years old.

  • Undertake efficient and effective administration
  • Ensure that the legal staff/child ratios are adhered to at all times.
  • Promote anti-discrimination practice in ways which are consistent with all legislative frameworks and organisational policy
  • Ensure the health, safety and welfare of the children, staff and visitors at all times
  • Provide support, advice and information to parents/carers as required
  • Attend meetings at the nursery or off site as required
  • Support systems for the recording of observations, Children’s progress and development in compliance with the data Protection Act
  • Carry out any additional responsibilities which may be required from time to time

Room Leader – Wandsworth

Full-time German Nanny Required – London (Battersea – SW11)

This family is expecting twins for end of July 2010 and I would like to hire a live-in German speaking nanny/housekeeper to look after them as well as looking after their little boy (who will be nearly three by then).

80% nanny/20% housekeeper, full-time and permanent position .

Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm

Occasional baby-sitting required (paid extra)

Salary: £350 net per week + free accommodation and food (no bills).

Duties: 80% of the time: looking after the twins and the three year-old little boy (i.e. normal nursery duties + taking the children out for walks to the park, various play groups, swimming pool (if you can swim) etc… + speaking only German to them)

20% of the time: house cleaning (approximately 1.5 hours from Monday to Thursday to carry out routine daily cleaning tasks and laundry + 5 hours on Fridays to concentrate on the weekly in-depth cleaning and ironing).

The mother would stay at home on Friday mornings to look after the children herself so that you could concentrate on the house cleaning and ironing.

4-bedroom house and located in Battersea (just above Clapham Common). Own double bedroom with own shower room provided on the third floor of the house.
