The successful candidate will need to manage the provision of the nursery ensuring that children, parents and the staff team work together to provide high quality childcare for up to 57 children ranging from a few months old to 4 years. The ideal candidate will be :-

• responsible for the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring that all compliance, legislation and Ofsted standards are met.
• able to lead, direct, motivate, recognise good & poor performance & manage accordingly
• manage the financial budget
• organise staff training and ongoing learning
• able to demonstrate proven management skills gained in a similar position
• IT literate

Must have:-

• NNEB or NVQ 3 equivalent qualification
• Flair, creativity and passion for working with young children

They are looking to appoint someone who has worked previously in a school setting with demonstrable experience of working on a 121 basis or having worked in a small group setting.

This Gloucestershire nursery has an excellent reputation in the local area and is looking for an experienced Deputy Manager or Manager.
You will play a key role in this Nursery and you will be the Curriculum Lead as well as the Pre-school Room Leader.
