High profile family looking for a live in Norland or Chiltern nanny only. Nanny will only take care of the son who is a warm, sensitive, playful and very bright and friendly 10 months old. The daughters have their own nannies. The nanny will be an integral part of the family and be the person responsible for all day-to day needs of the children. They need a supremely warm, loving, reliable, trustworthy and loyal person that acts as an extension of themselves in their absence, in terms of values, discipline and above all warmth towards their son.. The Nanny will be required to travel with the family during weekends within the Emirates or overseas. They are a close-knit family, very easy-going, very family oriented with many relatives and friend living around. They are also informal, open minded and very “hands-on” with the children, very safety and health conscious. The mum is joyful and caring with a great sense of humor. She is a housewife. The dad is easy-going flexible friendly busy man. They have had nannies for many years. The 10 months old is attending Music class at the moment and doing day care home curriculum at home with his current British nanny. Working days 6 days per week. Hours: 12 h per day + 2-4 evenings per month babysitting. Travel 1-2 months per year. Driver not essential. Accommodation: own bedroom and bathroom

The successful person for the role will have the following qualifications and experience:

  • Must have relevant management experience in a customer related business and a sound knowledge of the national standards for day care. The job holder will also be required to have a sound knowledge of the children’s act.
  • The job holder must be PC literate
  • Must have a clean driving license as the job holder will be operating in a mobile environment.
  • The job holder must have strong management and leadership skills and the ability to prioritise a demanding workload in a dynamic and growing business.
  • Good financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets across a multi site business
  • Good numerical skills with the ability to interpret and analyse monthly management information including sales and occupancy targets

A fantastic Nursery setting which belongs to a leading Nursery Provider requires and experienced Nursery Manager. The Nursery Manager must be fully qualified with a minimum NVQ3 in Early Years, but we do prefer candidates with a relevant Degree or in the process of doing their Degree.
