Mum is looking for an energetic lady with a muck in attitude who fits in well with the family. They come highly recommended by their current nanny who has been with the family for 5 years. The family consists of a boy aged 12 who is at boarding school, a boy aged 3 who is at school in the mornings and 9month old twins (girl and boy). A driver with a clean license is essential and a car can be provided on duty. A cleaner is employed 2 mornings a week and the family have a boxer dog so you’d have to be dog friendly. Someone with a muck-in and can do attitude would fit in really well as would someone who is completely open minded and pro-active. A candidate with knowledge of alternative therapies and remedies would be a bonus although is not essential. A good sense of humour is a must as is baby experience. Your accommodation would be in the family home which is currently a 5 bedroom house but in the Spring they will be moving into an 8 bedroom house. The position is sole charge for 3 days per week as mum works part time and sole and shared charge for the remaining 2 days. The family are looking for a nanny with previous working knowledge of babies and toddlers. Must be aware of developmental stages, have a positive influence on the children, maturity, responsible and able to fit in with the family. A nanny who is well organised, routine-led and reliable is essential. All nursery duties and healthy cooking is required, the family do not eat pork. Babysitting is required by prior arrangement, as is travel. French or Spanish language skills in addition to fluent English are advantageous.
