To ensure that the settings exceed state and local regulations, ensure heath and safety standards are met.
To ensure that the nursery environment meets the company’s goals and philosophies.
To ensure the cluster operates profitability and ethically
To ensure the staff are motivated, trained and that they have identifiable goals.
In this role you will have the scope to make decisions and therefore you will be responsible for the staff and management teams, financials, human resources, curriculum and education, marketing, site design and development.
The most suitable candidates will have at least 7 years management experience and a BA in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
