NURSERY MANAGER – Cambridge This is a nursery Managers post for a lovely nursery based in this area. If you are a manager or a very strong deputy manager looking for career development with a really nice company and an opportunity to develop this lovely nursery, have lots of ideas and wish to work in an environment which prides itself on good practises and providing a great working environment for its staff – then this could be the post for you!

TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES FOR A MANAGER SHOULD INCLUDE:

• To maintain and promote high standards of care
• To ensure the nursery is financially successful
• To effectively lead and motivate the staff team including recruitment and retention
• To ensure all policies are implemented and adhered to at all times
• To work in partnership with the parents

YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:

• An NNEB, CACHE level 3, NVQ level 3, or equivalent qualification
• Knowledge of the EYFS
• Knowledge of OFSTED standards
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong people management skills
• Financial management experience

All applicants will be required to complete an enhanced CRB Disclosure.
