The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

• You should have strong qualified experience, and experience of being part of a management team
• You must demonstrate leadership, financial acumen, working knowledge of Ofsted’s Standards and EYFS, as well as excellent communication skills
• Your parent relations and your understanding of key care and education issues in the nursery should be proven
• Finally you should be able to multi-task, delegate effectively and be a role model practitioner
