Are you an amiable and fun loving individual with particular skills and experience in assisting children with behavioural problems? Can you lead, coach, mentor and motivate these students to improve their skills in a positive way?

Due to the expansion of our business we are seeking highly motivated, dynamic and passionate Learning Support Assistant’s with good organisational and communication skills who can further inspire the students to continue to raise the achievement of all the young people alongside the class teacher. You will have a track record this can include voluntary experience of assisting learning within the field of behaviour and complex learning difficulties

Your role will be to assist the students within the specialist EBD school and inclusion units. Your knowledge of the needs of the children with behavioural problems and having the understanding and creativity to enable children with complex needs to enjoy and achieve their true capability will make this a very rewarding post. You will be flexible, committed to supporting other professionals, self-motivated, energetic and patient.
